My Palm m100 came with the hot sync cable, which does what it is supposed to do must of the time (it usually takes 3-4 tries to get it to sync with my Palm and PC). This cradle is much easier to use and I wish I didn't have to but it separately. I just stand my Palm in the cradle, press the button and let it work its magic.
