See my customer review there, which is a very similar product, where I posted a very favorable review. The only real differences between the two printers are the front panel and a small difference in print speed. The 4015n has a front panel that can be used to enter a passcode to print out jobs that the user doesn't want anyone else to see or pick up accidentally. The last printer that we had was a 5m and it lasted 8 years and was connected to a workgroup of 20+ people. We never had a problem. I just wanted to upgrade to get the increased printing speeds.
